Pastor Troy Dorrell - Senior Pastor Pastor Dorrell joined the staff of Eastland Baptist Church in 1998 and became the pastor in 2003. Under his leadership Eastland has experienced tremendous growth. He and his wife Teri have seven children. |

John Mardirosian - Associate Pastor, Administration and Operations Brother Mardirosian grew up at Eastland Baptist Church and after graduation from Heartland Baptist Bible College in 2002, he came to serve on staff. He oversees administration and operations. He and his wife Rachelle have two sons. |

Daniel Fleet - Associate Pastor, Adult Bible Classes, Productions Brother Fleet joined the Eastland team after graduating from Heartland Baptist Bible College in 2004. He teaches the college and career class and oversees our Adult Bible Classes, Productions, Outreach, and Church Events. He and his wife Elizabeth have one daughter. |

Luis Medina - Associate Pastor, Hispanic Brother Medina, who oversees the Hispanic Ministry, has been a part of the Eastland Baptist Church staff since 2005. He and his wife Maria moved from the state of Washington, where they were saved and surrendered their lives to full time ministry. They have six children. |

Jim Ramsey - Associate Pastor, Music and Seniors Brother Ramsey has been on staff at Eastland since April, 1984, when he cameas Music Director serving with Dr. Dave Hardy. He now helps with coordination of music services, special groups, and serves as Associate Pastor, leading our Senior Haven Ministry. He and his wife Linda have three married daughters and nine grandchildren. |

Jason Shuler - Associate Pastor, Youth Brother Shuler became the Youth pastor of Eastland Baptist Church in July of 2009 after graduating from West Cost Baptist College. He and his wife, Desiree, have been married since June of 2009. |
