Each year Pastor Dorrell selects a theme that God has laid on his heart for the people of Eastland Baptist Church. This year our theme is, "Each One Reach One." It is our desire to reach out to our community and love people the way that God loves us.

A Note From Our Pastor

We are excited to have Pastor Brent Loveless, wife Heather and two children, Zachary and Olivia, with us today. Brother Brent was the speaker for our Couples' Retreat this past weekend and we look forward to hearing him preach this morning. He left Eastland Baptist Church in 1989 to attend Baptist Bible College in Springfield, Missouri. After graduation he served as an intern here at Eastland from 1993 to 1996. He then became a church planter and started Timber Ridge Baptist Church in Coweta, Oklahoma, where he served for eight years. God then called him to assume the pastorate at North Valley Baptist Church, in Phoenix, Arizona, where he is currently serving. Let's show them an Eastland welcome. I know that you will be blessed and challenged through the preaching of God's Word today.
